Women's Ministry

The Women’s Ministry at Ebenezer glorifies God by building
relationships and fellowship among women in the church so that they will grow
in Christ and demonstrate a spirit of godliness in their lives.
Women meet in small groups called Circles that
gather in homes and at the church.
Depending on the schedules of those in the group, some meet in the
mornings while others get together in the evenings. Meetings include a Bible study or discussion
of a Christian book.

Women in the church also participate in an annual retreat as well as other activities sponsored by the Catawba Presbytery. Service is another important part of the Women's Ministry at Ebenezer as the women promote hospitality and loving-kindness by leading a Cooking for Christ ministry, managing a prayer chain, decorating for special events, and serving members in the military, away at college, enduring sickness or grief, and celebrating new births.
