Communicants Class Document
Beginning in the fall, Ebenezer offers a Communicants Class for youth (6th-9th grade) who are interested in exploring church members. All parents of a child considering the Communicants Class must read the attached document.

Member Information Form
Everyone attending the Exploring Church Membership class is asked to complete this information form and return it to the church office. This will enable us to enter your correct information in the church data base and into our roll books.
